I think its a wise decision, and who can blame them after such a horrifying situation? Meanwhile, one lawyer is seeking a gag order on the case.

    Y’know…when I was a youngster, way back in the stone age, my mom always told me that little poem when other kids said something that was mean…. “Sticks and stones, may break my bones, but words will never hurt me.” I think perhaps this should be one of those things that parents and teachers should emphasize. “Trash talking” is no reason to beat another kid, and wanting to be ‘famous’ on YouTube? How….pathetic.

    I agree with the father 100%. And i think that home schooling would be the best thing for all kids that is if the parents do it right and not tech them political BS like the schools do today with there liberal teachings. Teachers these days can not be trusted no way shape or form. If i was this guy and i have done so before with my kids and that is see what is being done to the other kids for there actions.
    And would dare one of the father to even say a word. I think someone on here said it right that it depends on the other parents and who the know. To what happens to the other kids for accountability. As one of the kids was just worried about making it to cheerleader practice and laughing about it. That gives you some sense of what the parents are like and how they was raised.

    These children ought to be ajudicated in the juvenile justice system.Did Polk Co’s sheriff breach the civil rights of the 7 minors and deny them the protection afforded by the confidentiality shield in Florida’s juvenile justice code when Polk Co’s sheriff released/”leaked” EVIDENCE(3 minute “fight” video) to the media? Is that the rationale ie to retroactively hide the “leaker” behind the sunshine law by moving from juvenile system to adult criminal system minor children 14 years of age thru 17 years of age? Is there a established donation site to contribute money to assist the families so they can AFFORD to defend their children?
