Sick, scary story of late night. The sick pervert that violated this child tried to call this in as the baby choking on a crayon. Of course much more sickening details are involved after we get into the “bloodly details.” Absolutely unforgivinging news.
The baby was five months old. This guy couldn’t control his privates around a five month old infant! He needs to be put far away from society, or beat to death. Blood soaked towels because of sexual abuse from adults deserves society’s worst. I’m sure the ACLU would defend this monster. You know…absolutist free speech some how covers raping babys in their eyes.

Life in prison it too good, I think the death penalty should be applied. The only possible good thing here is that other prisoners hate guys who abuse children, so I have heard. Maybe he will have a lifetime of abuse himself. We can only hope.

The ACLU may take on cases that are abhorant with people that are society’s worst but you should know that they aren’t siding with the criminal. The ACLU attempts to defend the Constitution of our land and, if the case concerns that issue, they will take it on and/or lend a helping hand. They do this because protecting the strength of our Constitution is more important than any one case.
I’d doubt that the ACLU would even consider this kind of case since there’s absolutely no issue of its Constitutionality, unless the rights of a defendant are being usurped and, given the abundance of evidence this moronic subhuman left at the scene I doubt that there’s any interest in this case by our Constitutional heroes, the ACLU, the American Civil Liberties Union.
Our civil liberties are important to defend for ALL of us. For you people to be against this organization because you happen to despise, understandably, some of the defendants means that you’d like to see a United States that is more dangerous for the innocent and a country that can never serve as a beacon for freedom. Freedom has its costs and we need to support whatever works to increase the rights of all of us. Undermine the rights of the guilty and the innocent will suffer.
Something just as disgusting happened a few months ago in Jackson, Michigan. A three month old infant was raped by her father, while Mom was working. Of course, the newspaper made sure to note that the father had come home from an Iraq deployment. I don’t remember seeing it - but I’m waiting for PTSD to be used as an excuse for this crime. The good news -if there is such a thing for this- is that the little girl lived, despite the severity of her injuries and does not show any signs of permanent brain damage (oh, he decided to beat her along with the rape), although only time will tell.
After I read this story, i was put in such a horrible mental disposition, everything i believed in has went out the window and i understand now that there is no god. How in the world could this happen. A few days have passed since i read this article, i decided to search for man rapes baby on cnn.com so maybe i could follow the story and found out that this is going on throughout america, i am sickened to death by this, and would like to start a bill so that we can castrate people like this who harm and rape children, they need to be not only placed in jail, but have their genitalia removed.!!!
