INDIANAPOLIS -
A legal complaint filed today challenges the constitutionality of the year-old law that created the “In God We Trust” specialty license plate, saying its supporters receive preferential treatment not available to supporters of other specialty plates.
Hogwash! There is nothing unconstitutional about a state recognizing religion. They are “specialty” [...]

New EU Law Restricting Speech
Posted on April 22, 2007 - Filed Under ACLU | 1 Comment
It seems that the EU has passed a law saying that member states must make a crime out of genocide denial. But Muslim genocides (e.g. by Turkey against the Christian Armenians) are not counted as genocides, of course. So Muslims can deny their genocides all they like!
“Condoning or “grossly trivialising” genocide [...]

I don’t know about you, but I think this is typical liberal stupidity, and for a number of reasons. What is the answer to government corruption, and sexual abuse of incarcerated juveniles?
Why, increasing government bureacracy, spending money that isn’t budgeted, and letting them go!
huh?
A person with critical thinking skills would think - getting [...]
Gun Free Zones and Crime

The other day I wrote a piece vilifying the board of governors at Virginia Tech for the campus police being victims of the “gun free zone” policy. Well that wasn’t entirely accurate. However, I have no doubt that if it weren’t the decision of the utterly stupid Virginia legislature, the university would have adopted one [...]

That’s because America should be, in the opinion of the ACLU, a place where you’re free to have an abortion any time, even if your baby is born alive after the process is finished.
In that case, they just throw the placenta on top of the baby so that it can’t breath fresh air, while it [...]

Michigan student suspended for wearing ‘I’m straight’ sticker
We read:
“A Christian student has been punished by his Michigan high school for demonstrating opposition to a school event celebrating the homosexual lifestyle. The boy’s father, a pastor, says he’s frustrated the rights of Christian students are being constantly trampled on campus.
Oakridge High School in Muskegon, Michigan, is [...]

Some news from Australia
“Lesbian kissing depicted on television has made young people more tolerant of same-sex liaisons. A research paper submitted to a conference of world sexual health experts in Sydney found that nearly half of adolescent girls surveyed through a Brazilian website considered it normal for a girl to kiss another on [...]
