Who Is Stop The ACLU?
Posted on January 4, 2006
Stop The ACLU.Com is the official blog of Stop The ACLU.Org. Our goal is to bring public awareness to the radical agenda of the American Civil Liberties Union. We are a grass roots effort to organize and get the general public actively involved in a campaign to stop the radical agenda of the ACLU, and the secular cleansing of America. You can get involved, and share your ideas with us by joining our Discussion Forum or our Blogburst Team. All you have to do is email me at Jay@stoptheaclu.com!
We also want you to join the coalition, which will be the active arm of our organization, organizing protests, letter campaigns, etc.
Many believe that the ACLU are a good organization out to protect our Bill of Rights. Stop the ACLU believes that the ACLU are a leftist, partisan organization that is misguided at best, and dangerously idealistic, lacking in a balanced approach towards what is best for America. We believe the ACLU are extremists, and have attained too much power over our Judicial branch of government. At best, the ACLU follow their ideology blindly…at worst…it seems like they sometimes seek to destroy our society completely. One thing is for sure, the ACLU have a different vision for what America should be than most Americans do. One thing we want to do here, if nothing else, is put a stop to Taxpayer Funding of the ACLU from those of us that don’t necessarily agree with all of their philosophies.
Such as:
The Legalization of Child Porn Distribution
Defending The Enemy
Tax Exemptions For Wiccans, but not for Christian Churches
Open Borders
Opposition To The Second Amendment
Those are just a few examples. You can see what we are about by searching our archives. So, here are a few bios of our many contributors. Those that have not provided bios are free to do so if they wish. There are many of us that oppose the ACLU, and for many different reasons.
I started this blog. My name is Jay Stephenson. I was born in Alabama, and I am 28 years old. I’ve been married for 2 years, and have adopted my step son who is 5. I really think that is all the personal information that you need. If you want to get to know me, I will be more than happy to correspond via email at Jay@stoptheaclu.com.
Gribbit:
I write for Stop The ACLU because I believe that the ACLU is the supreme evil in the United States. Every destructive change in society during my life has come about because of changes that were made due to legal actions initiated by the Most Dangerous Organization In America. It’s Communist roots are the motivation behind its agenda and the vast majority of Americans do not realize that. I believe that over half of their 400,000 card-carrying members have no idea of how destructive the ACLU actually is and exactly what its agenda is. My goals for Stop The ACLU is to educate the public to the Communist founding and agenda as well as the destructive actions that the ACLU initiates and their successes.

Justin:
My name is Justin, but I use the online monicker REAL Teen. I live in Northeast Ohio and I blog to get my opinion out there. I teamed up with Stop the ACLU because I realized that there is much more that I can be doing to fight the organization. Their goal of civil liberties seems valiant, but their lawsuits show their hypocrisy. I hope that through my writing, on all the sites I contribute to, I can enlighten at least one person so that they think differently about the issues. In this case, I hope that people will look upon the ACLU in a different light, and see their true motivations. Getting people to see the true benefits of conservatism is my ultimate goal.

“Craig McCarthy started the website CourtZero.org soon after the Supreme Court ruling on the McCain-Feingold bill, otherwise known as campaign finance reform. As an attorney, he recognized that the reasoning in the decision was seriously flawed, and the illusion that the Supreme Court could be counted on to preserve our civil rights was smashed forever. Between reporting on that decision, and the Kelo v. New London (eminent domain)decision, McCarthy came to the conclusion that our most basic of rights, to speak freely regarding those in power, and to use one’s own property, were now gone for practical purposes.
What to do? As a former Army officer, McCarthy had given his oath that he would defend the Constitution, but when the Constitution becomes “living and breathing”, just what does that oath mean? For that matter, what do any of our rights mean when it can all change at the whim of the people in robes? CourtZero.org set out to educate people about the lack of quality in the reasoning of the federal appellate courts, and about what that means to all of us. What it means, he says, is that the very notion of representative government is at risk, no matter where you stand on hot-button social issues, when the courts, and not our elected representatives, have supreme power over every issue in the land.
As the father of a boy scout, he saw that the ACLU is one of the most destructive forces at work today in the shaping of law, not only because of the ACLU’s war on the Boy Scouts, but also because the ACLU has been, for decades, acclimating people to believe that unelected judges are the solution to and final word in every possible human or cultural question. What’s more, it seems clear that the ACLU does far more in modern times to restrict liberties than it does to protect them. When McCarthy saw the chance to work together with StopTheACLU, he jumped at it. When the truly grassroots efforts get together, they can be heard.
Kathy:
My motivation to be a part of the Stop the ACLU group comes from watching ACLU lawyers manipulating the system to change laws - not for the greater good of the people - but to line their own pockets and causes. When terrorists, convicts, and illegal aliens are given more rights, than law-abiding citizens of this country have - the system is broke. Those with the ACLU have done their part to break the system, it is time to fix it. Being active and vocal in educating people on ACLU activities that do more harm than good is one small way I feel that I can help in this cause. I am grateful for the dedication and commitment shown by all the supporters and contributors of Stop the ACLU.

I write for Stop The ACLU because I wanted to be active in getting the message out about America’s terrorist organization, the ACLU. Exposing the un-American agenda of this group is something I will always fight to do. Their clear double standards and the multitude of frivolous lawsuits for which they impose on our country should be a clear message of just how much the ACLU intends to destroy our society.

So you are driven by the Religious Right. That’s not a surprise since they are the enemies of civil liberties and all freedom.
Where is the ACLU Part 1- Kevin Thompson’s book is banned
The ACLU is an enigma to me.  On the surface they stand for lofty goals:
Your First Amendment rights-freedom of speech, association and assembly. Freedom of the press, and freedom of religion supported by the strict separation of church and sta…
