WorldNetDaily Reports:

1st Amendment ‘doesn’t create church-state wall of separation’
Court whacks civil-liberties group, OKs Ten Commandments display

A U.S. appeals court today upheld the decision of a lower court in allowing the inclusion of the Ten Commandments in a courthouse display, hammering the American Civil Liberties Union and declaring, “The First Amendment does not demand a wall of separation between church and state.”

I like this part.

Writing for the 6th Circuit Court of Appeals, Judge Richard Suhrheinrich said the ACLU’s “repeated reference ‘to the separation of church and state’ … has grown tiresome. The First Amendment does not demand a wall of separation between church and state.”

About time a Judge finally read the Constitution the way it was writen. He needs to be on the Supreme Court. By the way I already have a link to this blog on mine. Thank you for your effort to get rid of the worst thing that has happened to the United States of America, the ACLU.

You mean that someone found a judge that can read english. That is amazing. I thought that lawyers and judges could not read.

Yes, finally a judge with a brain who actually knows the law, and is willing to rule accordingly. Unlike this honorless jerk in Harrisburg, PA who either has no clue about Constitutional law or cannot read or both. Maybe he was just an anti-religious zealot activist even though he had the gall to lecture those in the court otherwise. This ruling is great and may many more come to pass in the near future. Great job ACLJ!!
